Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a self-motivated and resourceful Strategic Finance Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage forecasting and budgeting processes, and develop financial models while building a foundational finance team during a pivotal growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the Bank strategic finance team, providing direction and coaching
• Lead the forecasting and budget process, performing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for planning and scenario analysis

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in analytical roles with demonstrated impact on business outcomes
• At least 5 years of people management experience
• Proven ability to operate with ownership and influence in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business judgment and experience partnering with senior stakeholders
• Financial modeling proficiency and familiarity with fintech or lending business models preferred
