Strategic Finance Manager
Job Summary
To lead critical financial analysis and strategic decision-making, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager will own the company's integrated 3-statement Long Range Plan, develop valuation frameworks, and partner with executive leadership on financial modeling and capital allocation.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage the strategic financial model, aligning capital allocation with long-term growth assumptions
- Analyze business performance from an investor's perspective to support fundraising and M&A efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect financial discipline with operational outcomes and ensure alignment of forecasts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or equity research
- Experience analyzing healthcare or health tech companies
- Proficient in advanced Excel modeling, including integrated 3-statement models and valuations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to address diverse business challenges
- Bachelor's degree required
