Strategic Finance Manager
Job Summary
To shape the financial and corporate strategy of a rapidly growing payments infrastructure company, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager will own the integrated financial model, perform scenario planning, and support strategic transactions while collaborating closely with the executive team.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the company's integrated three-statement financial model and develop financial forecasts
- Support the evaluation of acquisitions and partnerships, providing analysis and recommendations on strategic transactions
- Lead the annual planning process and performance management, connecting financial performance to broader strategic objectives
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or corporate development
- Exceptional financial modeling skills, including integrated three-statement models and multi-scenario forecasting
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and their impact on financial statements
- Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Demonstrated judgment and discretion when handling sensitive company information
