Strategic Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing healthcare enterprise, the full-time Strategic Finance Manager will partner with executive leaders to lead cross-functional financial analyses, evaluate drug pricing dynamics, and develop strategic recommendations in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner, leading cross-functional projects that require financial, operational, and strategic analysis
- Analyze specialty pharmacy economics and assess impacts from healthcare policy developments
- Develop data-driven business cases and strategic recommendations for growth opportunities and operational improvements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, healthcare strategy, or healthcare finance
- Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills, including analysis of large datasets
- Strong understanding of business models and unit economics
- Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree is a plus
- Healthcare or specialty pharmacy exposure is a strong plus
