Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

To drive financial strategy for high-priority growth initiatives, the full-time Strategic Finance Manager will manage complex financial analysis, executive communications, and strategic partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead complex financial modeling for strategic priorities, including partnerships, product launches, and M&A
• Develop and maintain product-level financial models for various revenue streams and forecasting
• Translate complex analysis into clear narratives for executive decision-making and strategic planning

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including investment banking or private equity and strategic finance in a high-growth environment
• Elite financial modeling skills with the ability to create executive-ready models from ambiguous inputs
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to evaluate business decisions beyond model outputs
• Excellent executive communication skills for synthesizing complex analyses into concise narratives
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, engineering, or a related analytical field
