Strategic Finance Manager
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager, the successful candidate will partner with business leaders to translate business plans into financial strategies, drive capital allocation decisions, and manage the financial planning and budgeting processes to support the company's growth in mental healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an embedded finance business partner to 1-2 functions, translating business plans into financial plans
- Build and pressure-test business cases for investments, tracking outcomes and unit economics
- Run the financial planning and monthly forecasting process, managing the operating budget and conducting variance analysis
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity/Venture Capital combined with a Strategic Finance role in a tech company
- Proven experience as a critical financial partner to a fast-growing business or product line
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and tailor messages for different audiences
- Experience applying AI tools to enhance financial analysis and decision-making
- Strong skills in navigating ambiguity and proactively solving open-ended problems
