Job Summary

Strategic Finance Partner, this full-time role involves collaborating with R&D and G&A teams to manage financial planning, resource allocation, and operational expenses while providing insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated finance partner for R&D and G&A leadership, managing financial relationships and anticipating their needs
• Oversee headcount and operating expense planning, maintaining models that reflect R&D and G&A cost structures
• Facilitate strategic resource allocation decisions and drive annual planning and forecasting cycles

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or consulting, preferably with exposure to technology companies
• Strong financial modeling skills, capable of building and explaining complex models
• Curiosity about product and engineering organizations and their operational dynamics
• Ability to build trust with non-finance partners and effectively communicate financial insights
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and BI tools for independent analysis
