Strategic Finance Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the Product & Engineering organization, the full-time Strategic Finance Business Partner will manage the department P&L, build financial models for investment analysis, and provide financial insights to drive data-informed decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with P&E leadership to manage the department P&L and inform resource allocation decisions
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate competing P&E investments and provide trade-off analysis
• Deliver monthly and quarterly expense analysis to identify cost trends and develop corrective actions with technical leaders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance business partnering roles
• Demonstrated experience supporting Product & Engineering functions in a SaaS or technology company
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and structure complex trade-off decisions
• Strong proficiency with financial modeling and variance analysis, including advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
