Strategic Finance Partner

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Strategic Finance Partner, the candidate will drive financial analysis for a national private school network, partnering with functional leaders to assess performance, manage forecasts, and implement financial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own site-level forecasts in collaboration with state General Manager teams to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with the Real Estate team on pro-forma modeling, returns forecasting, and budget-vs-actual analyses
• Support cross-functional teams with financial guidance and analysis for operational decisions

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, including financial modeling and reporting
• Experience in at least one area of real estate, capital planning, business partnership, or corporate finance
• Proficiency in using AI tools for financial modeling and analysis
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to provide clarity on complex decisions
• Ability to adapt communication style to various audiences and levels of financial sophistication
