Strategic Finance Partner

Job Summary

To support strategic decision-making across the go-to-market organization, the full-time Strategic Finance Partner will manage financial planning, forecasting, and performance metrics while collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning across revenue, ARR, bookings, gross margin, and operating expenses for annual and long-range planning
• Establish and manage key performance metrics to evaluate sales efficiency, customer retention, and unit economics
• Analyze business trends to provide actionable insights and support strategic initiatives such as pricing and channel strategy

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company
• Strong financial modeling skills, including experience with detailed P&Ls and ARR models
• Experience supporting go-to-market organizations, including Sales and Marketing
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, and customer retention
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership
