Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Specialist (Deals).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial analysis and decision support for cloud-based commercial deals
Assess deal structures, pricing, margins, and their long-term impact on the business
Develop and maintain financial models for deal negotiations and approvals

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, or related fields
Experience in strategic finance or deals finance, preferably within technology sectors
Proven ability to independently drive analysis and make recommendations
Prior experience in finance within the cloud business sector (AWS or similar) is advantageous
