Strategic Finance VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full FP&A cycle including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Act as the internal consulting bench to tackle ambiguous, cross-functional problems
• Drive action using data to inform real-time decisions on staffing, pipeline performance, and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A and Business Operations
• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a BizOps/Strategy & Operations role
• Proven track record of owning the FP&A cycle end-to-end in an operationally complex environment
• Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or marketplace businesses is highly valued
• Familiarity with tools like Looker, dbt, or Snowflake is preferred
