Strategic Finance VP

Job Summary

As a key finance leader, the full-time remote VP of Strategic Finance will manage capital allocation frameworks, oversee financial forecasting, and lead the finance organization while partnering with various departments to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the capital allocation framework to guide investment decisions and evaluate major opportunities
• Own the operating model and develop client-level forecasts to provide financial visibility for leadership
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring collaboration across departments for effective decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in strategic finance, ideally with a background in investment banking or a similar analytical field
• Proven ability to make hard prioritization calls regarding investments and funding
• Experience in building decision frameworks that are utilized by leadership
• Strong comfort with ambiguity and the ability to forecast under uncertain conditions
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing finance teams
