Strategic Functional Consultant
Job Summary
Providing strategic planning and advisory support, the fully remote Strategic Functional Consultant will manage process development, acquisition integration, and lifecycle management for the Coast Guard's CG-C5I Operational Technology Integrated Systems organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic functional consulting support for business development and process improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation and refinement of Government-defined initiatives and command priority projects
- Assist with acquisition integration and lifecycle program management across CG-C5I-OTIS
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in strategic consulting, functional analysis, or lifecycle management
- Experience supporting DHS, DoD, or federal technology acquisition programs
- Knowledge of DHS or DoD system lifecycles and business development processes
- Experience developing or refining processes, policies, and technical documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
