Job Summary

Driving enterprise growth, the full-time Strategic Growth Executive will build relationships with C-suite executives, develop a sustainable pipeline of opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor on digital transformation and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and build a sustainable pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities through proactive market engagement and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across target enterprise accounts
  • Lead discovery conversations, executive presentations, and negotiations throughout complex sales cycles
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting sales or complex B2B consulting sales
  • Proven track record of generating net-new business opportunities and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and executive-level stakeholder relationships
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern technology delivery models
  • Experience within priority industry verticals such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Financial Services is preferred
