Job Summary

To drive enterprise growth, the full-time Strategic Growth Executive will manage complex consulting and technology engagements, leveraging digital transformation and AI while building relationships with executive stakeholders across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and build a sustainable pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities through market engagement and strategic partnerships
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, leading discovery conversations and managing complex sales cycles
  • Conduct market research and collaborate with teams to align go-to-market strategies and solution offerings
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting sales or complex B2B consulting sales
  • Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling enterprise engagements ranging from $500K to $10M+
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience within priority industry verticals such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Financial Services is preferred
