Job Summary
Driving enterprise growth, the full-time Strategic Growth Executive will build relationships with C-suite executives and develop a sustainable pipeline of consulting and technology engagements focused on digital transformation and AI across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and build a sustainable pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities through proactive market engagement and strategic partnerships
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping digital and business transformation initiatives
- Lead complex sales cycles, including discovery conversations, executive presentations, and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting sales or complex B2B consulting sales
- Proven track record of generating net-new business opportunities and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling enterprise engagements ranging from $500K to $10M+
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern technology delivery models
- Experience within priority industry verticals such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Financial Services is preferred
