Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Growth Lead to drive and optimize customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create unique winning acquisition tactics and drive strategic customer acquisition efforts
  • Develop, test, and scale innovative acquisition strategies while refining community and messaging strategies
  • Strategize the full-funnel growth roadmap and build a growth team to expand customer acquisition efforts


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of strategic consulting experience, ideally with MBB or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in B2C business related to growth (marketing, product, strategy, or operations)
  • Ability to innovate on customer acquisition approaches with a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous testing and learning
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments with ownership of initiatives
