Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to align business strategy with people strategy and workforce plans
  • Develop and implement people plans to attract, engage, and retain necessary skills and capabilities
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR strategies and embed HR policies within the business
Required Qualifications
  • CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification with 5+ years of experience in a strategic HRBP or senior generalist role
  • Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
  • Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
  • Experience in a fast-paced, complex, global company
