Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Advises leaders on succession planning, career development, and high-potential employee development plans
- Leads and resolves employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with HR policies
- Builds relationships with business leaders to understand workforce needs and offers proactive HR solutions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 8 years of HR Generalist, HRBP, or Employee Relations experience required
- 5 years of experience in leadership support and guiding complex HR matters required
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
