Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advises leaders on succession planning, career development, and high-potential employee development plans
  • Leads and resolves employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with HR policies
  • Builds relationships with business leaders to understand workforce needs and offers proactive HR solutions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 8 years of HR Generalist, HRBP, or Employee Relations experience required
  • 5 years of experience in leadership support and guiding complex HR matters required
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
