Job Summary

To lead the HR strategy for the Insurance division within the Americas, the remote Strategic HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and culture transformation.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices while influencing key stakeholders to advocate for HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement resource management strategies, including forecasting and capacity planning
  • Design and implement employee development programs and lead organizational development initiatives to enhance productivity and drive employee satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, focusing on resource management and talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of resource planning and optimization principles, with experience in a global, multi-cultural organization
  • Proficiency in HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from a recognized institution is preferred
  • Additional certifications in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, would be an asset
