Job Summary

Leading customer engagements within a pod focused on venture capital and investor workflows, the full-time Strategic Implementation Consultant will guide onboarding, deployment, and workflow design while ensuring measurable outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of StartupOS solutions for customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, managing implementation timelines and deliverables
• Translate customer workflows and pain points into tailored AI-enabled solutions, delivering measurable value throughout the engagement lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, strategy, operations, or customer transformation roles
• Background from a top-tier consulting firm or similarly rigorous environment
• Experience working with venture capital firms, family offices, or financial services organizations
• Strong program management and client execution capabilities
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
