A company is looking for a Strategic Implementation and Process Optimization Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead cross-functional project teams, managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously
• Create and execute comprehensive implementation plans, ensuring effective launch and post-launch control of solutions
• Identify operational business requirements and collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize needs

Required Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or operations
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management or related fields
• Expertise in process mapping and continuous process improvement
• Certification in project management or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
• Proven organizational and leadership skills to motivate and influence teams
