Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Implementation and Process Optimization Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale, cross-functional projects and programs to achieve strategic goals
• Create and manage end-to-end implementation plans, ensuring successful execution and post-launch control
• Develop user acceptance testing plans and ensure solutions are rigorously tested before rollout

Required Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or operations
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management or related fields
• Expertise in process mapping and continuous process improvement
• Certification in project management or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
• Proven organizational and leadership skills to motivate and influence teams
