Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Implementation Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, delivers, evaluates, and supports strategic enterprise initiatives and project management needs
• Assesses organizational performance gaps and identifies opportunities for strategic expense reduction and revenue growth
• Facilitates team meetings, manages project documentation, and escalates barriers and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, project management, or a closely related field
• 3 years of progressive experience in project management or completion of a healthcare administrative fellowship program
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess team building skills and emotional and social intelligence
• Must collaborate effectively and demonstrate resilience, managerial courage, and professionalism
