Strategic Initiatives Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Strategic Initiatives Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, design, and document business requirements and processes for improvement
• Support the Project Manager in scope and change management while ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop test cases, perform quality assurance testing, and assist in user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, information systems, or equivalent work experience
• One (1) plus years of experience in business and data analysis using SQL or similar tools
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the mortgage, finance, or realty services industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and origination systems is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
