Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Initiative & Transformation Analyst to support enterprise strategy and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting for strategic initiatives
- Define success metrics and ensure accurate, decision-ready data
- Translate complex data into insights and recommendations for leadership decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- Six years of related experience in strategy, transformation, or portfolio analytics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators and financial reporting
- Experience with business case development and ROI analysis preferred
