Key Responsibilities

• Own strategic programs end-to-end, from hypothesis refinement through execution and scaling
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured hypotheses, experiments, and workplans
• Interface with customers, partners, and stakeholders to share vision and maintain strategic relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or business building roles within healthcare or adjacent environments
• Strong track record of owning large-scale initiatives from concept through launch and scale
• Experience in tech-forward or AI-enabled environments with a deep understanding of technical capabilities
• Structured problem-solving experience in complex, high-stakes environments
• Experience operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving contexts
