Key Responsibilities

• Propose high-impact projects that align with the Association's long-term goals
• Lead the development of business requirements and value propositions during project proposal phases
• Foster cross-functional collaborations and ensure accountability among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance, preferably in a non-technical role
• Proven experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a financial services setting
• Experience creating and presenting executive-level presentations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
