Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Initiatives & AI Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of internal AI adoption strategies and measurement frameworks
• Act as program owner for internal AI initiatives, managing pilot projects and their progression
• Design and implement internal AI skills programs and support change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Strategy, BizOps, Finance, or Consulting, preferably in SaaS/B2B
• Proven track record of implementing operational changes and redesigning workflows
• Familiarity with modern AI and productivity tools, with a focus on non-technical team adoption
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority
• Strong data-driven approach with experience in defining KPIs and measuring performance
