A company is looking for a P&E Strategic Initiatives & Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross P&E execution alignment by connecting work across P&E pillars and identifying dependencies
• Simplify and improve end-to-end workflows by clarifying handoffs and streamlining processes
• Advise on high-impact strategic initiatives by synthesizing inputs and providing decision-ready perspectives

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to translate diverse inputs into clear insights
• Proven experience improving operating models and cross-team execution alignment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical leaders
