Job Summary

To tackle complex challenges, the full-time remote Strategic Initiatives Principal will lead the identification and execution of innovative solutions across various operational teams, partnering closely with the COO to drive impactful change and streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and understand issues deeply before proposing actionable solutions, including direct engagement with support tickets and data analysis
• Transform ambiguous problems into structured plans by quantifying impacts, identifying root causes, and developing sequenced action plans
• Oversee strategic programs from inception to execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, operations, and revenue teams

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience
• 7+ years of total experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a closely related field
• Proven track record of scoping and launching new teams or programs
• SQL proficiency or equivalent analytical skills
• Experience implementing AI tools into operational workflows
