Job Summary
To support the Partnerships team, the full-time Strategic Initiatives Program Manager will operationalize high-priority strategic programs, focusing on scaling the glasses seeding strategy across partners and events while managing relationships with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Set and drive priorities to achieve partnership and seeding objectives
- Own and scale the strategic seeding roadmap for the glasses program across various regions and verticals
- Design and implement program models that facilitate repeatable execution and partner activation
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic programs, partnerships, or management consulting
- Experience in building and scaling measurable operations
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments
- Strong skills in translating complex topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
