Job Summary

Supporting the M&A Integration and Business Integration team, the full-time Strategic Initiatives Senior will manage KPI tracking, deal reporting, and program operations while collaborating across functions to maintain data accuracy and provide clear updates for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Track, validate, and maintain KPI frameworks and performance metrics for M&A and transformation initiatives
• Prepare and distribute bi-weekly and monthly reporting for active deals, consolidating inputs from multiple workstreams
• Provide operational support to the team, including maintaining trackers, RAID logs, and integration workplans

Required qualifications

• Three to five years of professional experience in project coordination, financial reporting, or business operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for building trackers and reporting decks
• Experience with data management, including validation and organization from multiple sources
• Demonstrated interest in M&A integration or enterprise transformation
