Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Inside Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to current dealer partners, presenting upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives and Account Managers to identify dealer needs and strategies
- Educate dealers on marketing and service tools to enhance inventory movement and customer retention
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a phone-based or virtual selling environment
- Proven track record of success in upselling within an existing customer base
- Strong ability to connect with and influence decision makers via phone and video
- Self-directed and highly organized, able to manage a large book of business independently
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and MS Office products
