Job Summary
Driving revenue growth with multiple Strategic Key Accounts in South India, the full-time Strategic Key Account Manager will establish strong relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and practice continuous improvement while coordinating across various internal functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow revenue with multiple Strategic Key Accounts, focusing on engagement and customer satisfaction
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for all Strategic Key Accounts, ensuring timely responses and coordination with internal teams
- Utilize Veralto Enterprise System Tools to drive process improvements and track market intelligence for proactive strategy development
Required qualifications
- Engineering Graduate with an MBA in Sales/Marketing
- Over 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in B2B sales in relevant sectors
- Experience in high-responsibility revenue-generating positions within premier Indian or MNC organizations
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as SFDC, Oracle, or SAP
- Prior experience leading sales or service teams is advantageous
