Job Summary
Driving revenue growth with multiple Strategic Key Accounts in South India, the full-time Strategic Key Account Manager will establish strong relationships with stakeholders, ensure high customer satisfaction, and coordinate internal functions to meet SKA expectations while practicing continuous improvement methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage revenue growth and engagement with Strategic Key Accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and uncovering growth opportunities
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for all SKA needs, coordinating with various internal teams to build trust and meet expectations
- Utilize Veralto Enterprise System Tools to enhance business processes and track market intelligence for proactive strategy development
Required qualifications
- Engineering Graduate with an MBA in Sales/Marketing and 10+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in B2B sales
- Experience in high-responsibility revenue-generating positions within premier Indian or multinational organizations
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as SFDC, Oracle, or SAP is preferred
- Prior experience leading a sales or service team, particularly in Key Account management, is advantageous
- Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
