Job Summary
Leading the strategic intelligence function for a fully integrated creative production studio, the remote Strategy Lead will manage CRM and email marketing strategies for enrollment programs while providing strategic input across various channels to enhance content relevance and optimize performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end CRM and email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation and optimization roadmaps
- Provide strategic input and optimization direction across paid social, organic social, owned content, and performance marketing channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic insights are embedded in all creative processes and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior strategy or integrated marketing role with a focus on multi-channel strategy
- Deep expertise in CRM and email marketing strategy, with experience in enterprise CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills, including performance data analysis and A/B testing
- Understanding of the higher education landscape and its marketing dynamics
- Experience with AI tools and platforms to enhance strategy and execution
