Job Summary
To drive strategic sales growth initiatives across its Components, Tooling, and Aerospace & Defense segments, the full-time Strategic Marketing Manager will support commercial execution, strengthen market positioning, and enhance sales enablement in a collaborative industrial distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic growth initiatives and identify commercial priorities in collaboration with business unit and sales leaders
- Develop sales presentations, customer-facing materials, and segment-specific messaging to improve sales enablement
- Conduct market research and analyze data to provide actionable insights for growth initiatives and account targeting
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in commercial marketing, business development, or sales enablement within industrial distribution or related fields
- Experience supporting sales organizations and customer-facing commercial initiatives
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms, such as HubSpot
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to simplify complex topics into customer-focused messaging
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and project coordination skills
