Strategic Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Case Management team, the remote Strategic Operations Business Analyst will design and maintain Sigma reports, analyze client workup data, and develop predictive models to enhance strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic Sigma Computing reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams
• Analyze client workup data to identify trends and evaluate case quality and outcomes
• Develop predictive models to forecast client progression through the case workup process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role
• Strong experience with Sigma Computing or a similar cloud-based BI tool
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases and cloud data platforms
• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
