Supporting key strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Strategic Operations Analyst will translate ideas into structured programs, manage operating rhythms, and provide analytical insights to drive execution and accountability across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear workstreams, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring follow-through to completion
• Own the execution rhythm by managing scheduling, agendas, and action items for meetings to maintain alignment across teams
• Build and maintain KPI definitions and reporting systems to quantify progress and drive actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in an execution-oriented environment (e.g., business operations, consulting, program support)
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis and modeling with comfort in handling imperfect data
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready decks quickly
• Excellent written communication skills, focusing on concise and action-oriented summaries
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple threads effectively
