Strategic Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting high-priority strategic initiatives, the full-time Strategic Operations Associate will manage cross-functional projects, conduct market research, and utilize data analysis to drive operational decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Vice President of Operations to scope, coordinate, and execute strategic projects across the business
• Conduct market research and analysis to support go-to-market strategies and evaluate growth opportunities
• Utilize data-driven insights to support strategic recommendations and operational decisions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience conducting market and competitive research using internal and external data sources
• Comfortable using AI tools for research, synthesis, and analysis
• Demonstrated project management skills in fast-paced environments
