Strategic Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the Strategic Enablement and Performance Operations team, the full-time remote Strategic Operations Associate will manage campaign information, forecast inventory, and monitor campaign delivery while leveraging reporting tools for internal analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage and maintain campaign information as the central source of truth for internal tracking
• Forecast available inventory and book campaigns to align with setup best practices
• Monitor and track campaign delivery, escalating for optimizations as needed based on client KPIs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2+ years work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with data and numbers
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player with a willingness to learn
