Strategic Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Strategic Operations to lead quality and performance improvements within their Member Services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement quality assurance programs to drive behavior change and improve member experience
• Analyze data to inform operational strategies and enhance efficiency and outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on performance strategies and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service operations, QA leadership, or performance strategy, preferably in healthcare or tech
• Proven ability to build programs that enhance operational performance
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools
• Experience in managing quality programs and leading operational coaching teams
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance, particularly HIPAA regulations
