Strategic Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Ops Engineer III to enhance operational efficiency and manage incident, problem, and change processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end incident management lifecycle, improving MTTR through automation
• Maintain intelligent heatmaps and perform trend analysis for proactive problem identification
• Govern change management processes to ensure safe and compliant deployments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, SRE, or similar roles
• Strong expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL or similar frameworks)
• Proven experience in optimizing operational processes
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including anomaly detection and predictive analytics
• Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms or building AI-driven operational solutions
