Job Summary
To support the launch of catering across various merchant segments, the full-time remote Strategic Operations Lead will manage manual pilots, ensure perfect delivery for Pizza Catering orders, and oversee a team of contractors while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the rollout of the LOF product across new businesses and support strategic pilots
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure successful pilot execution and product development
- Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and present findings to leadership while addressing product gaps
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, customer-facing communication, and testing/piloting
- 1+ year of experience managing a team and achieving set goals
- Strong ability to communicate feedback and strategic opportunities effectively
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
