Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Operational Excellence (Provider Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and evolution of Provider Operations workflows and standardize processes across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience using analytics to solve complex business problems in a high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a quantitative field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools)
• Experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
