Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time remote Strategic Operations Manager will manage a range of activities including overseeing provider outreach, driving cross-functional initiatives, and implementing new processes and programs while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staff responsible for provider outreach to support audit operations
• Drive cross-functional work types within Service Operations and external clients, ensuring alignment and clear communication
• Design and execute change management strategies to successfully implement new processes and programs

Required qualifications

• BS Degree
• 8+ years of healthcare operations experience in Claims, Payment Integrity, or a contact center/production environment
• Demonstrated success in large-scale change management and process design
• Strong analytical experience with healthcare datasets to drive actionable insights
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Lucid Charts or Visio
