Job Summary

Focused on leading key go-to-market strategy and operational initiatives, the full-time remote Strategic Operations Manager will manage complex projects, enhance operational efficiencies, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and retention across products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product operations and go-to-market initiatives to improve user behavior and app adoption
• Identify and implement high-impact initiatives that enhance operational excellence and scalability
• Collaborate with the finance team to execute strategic initiatives and improve data reliability

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a strategic role at a tech company
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences
• Proactive self-starter with a passion for driving results and ownership of projects
