Job Summary

Driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Strategic Operations Manager will identify and lead complex projects, support company-wide goal execution, and collaborate closely with the COO and Chief of Staff in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and lead strategic initiatives that require urgent focus or long-term incubation
• Manage operating rhythms and ensure alignment with company-level objectives
• Launch and lead critical projects to address underserved areas and drive measurable impact

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Operations
• Proven track record of owning business-critical programs and launching zero-to-one initiatives
• Strong analytical skills, capable of developing solutions using various data tools
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and excel at structuring complex problems
• Effective communication skills for coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
